More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the images.

Also contained in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a key identifying distinct areas of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.

Further materials disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
